I’m a teacher, writer, researcher, and faith community leader passionate about building trust across lines of enduring difference and helping individuals and communities navigate life with greater emotional awareness, moral courage, and spiritual insight.
My academic training in leadership studies, theology, and communication informs my work, which spans higher education, interfaith chaplaincy, parish ministry, and youth leadership development.
I’m particularly drawn to questions of human flourishing, self-awareness, and the ethical and spiritual dimensions of leadership—especially as they intersect with grief, emotional intelligence, and moral decision-making in a rapidly evolving technological world.
I explore topics like death and dying, the inner life of leaders, and how we can lead with integrity in complex, diverse, and often divided contexts. Whether through teaching, writing, or community engagement, I aim to cultivate spaces where people can wrestle with meaning, embrace interdependence, and grow together.
